Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged.

It must be reported to us via email support@swarnindia.com or can also be done on Swarn India WhatsApp number within 24 hours after receiving it.

An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing or damaged items in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be processed.


Refund will be issued within 5-7 working days after receiving back the damaged product.

If case any of the product goes out of stock for which you have paid already and the item is yet to be shipped, our team will reach you out for a resolution with an immediate refund or waiting time on the product.
